This place has amazing customer service, the staff is always very friendly and make sure they know exactly what you want before getting started. They were forgiving when i missed my appointment, and they rescheduled later that day and i still recieved the best service. They're always making sure you have a hot cappuccino or cold water in hand and the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxed.
I have personally walked away from every appointment utterly amazed that they matched exactly what i wanted. (Cut, highlights, and color changes)
