I went in to buy a stamp and drop off a few letters today just before 6 PM and was delighted by the pleasant and kind service provided by my postal worker, Kathy.
I called at five till 6 PM, to see if they can stay open for two more minutes so I can pick up a certified letter. And when I got there at 6:05pm- they allowed me to sign for it, after business hours. Much appreciated for going out of the way!!
It does not take 3 for a package that has tracking to be in destination that long.
Customer service is going down the drain.
Wonderful staff at the counter. Over the phone is another story. Ms. Sandy's, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Diane are all awesome and make me feel welcomed every time I'm there. Front desk should get 5 stats but the phone staff suck.
As I was talking to a lady in the post office at 6:29am I was explaining what was going on. Next thing I know there is an man on the phone talking to me. How hard is it to ask me to hold on instead of just transferring me to someone else with no notification at all.
My post man is AWESOME!!! and whenever I visit the post office between Kathy, Eddie and the other lady they are GREAT! ALthough another man waited in me the other day and he was sooo helpful. Love the Pickerington PO!
I hate to write bad reviews. Today I called about a package that has said in transit to destination(Pickerington) from Columbus for 3 days.
