My car got hit in in middle of carwash due to someone 4 to 5 cars up ahead of me holding up traffic so that they could get a space to suction out their car. I gave the estimate of what it would cost to fix my car and that wasn't handled until 2 wks later. And the only reason it was handled was because I decided to put my car in the app to be fixed myself and brought back to them the bill for enterprise on top of the bill for the body work. They expected me to pay for it and then reimburse me. I told them I'm not paying for something that wasn't my fault in the first place. And then on top of that I have to be inconvenienced on now having to fix a car and drive a rental back and forth to work. Doesn't matter when I get my car fixed and have to get a rental car. They should pay regardless of when and where after their faults. I will never be back at this car wash or enterprise ever again. Between the two, it's bad business all around.
Please fix your car wash and make it great again..!!
The level of wash you receive has dramatically gone downhill.
Serious maintenance is due..
Gets the car clean, and is fun for my grandaughters. They like the rainbow soap. Reasonably priced.
I appreciate how quickly they manage to get things done, that lollipops are offered to my kids at the front of the barn, and the free vacuums. Sometimes I get a wash before the car really needs it because the vacuums work so well and are free, plus the parking spots are plenty big enough even with my minivan and the trash is never overflowing.
When they first opened, up till 2015, your car would come out literally spotless. Now it appears, as you're driving through, you can literally see that half the nozzles don't even spray. So the $5 extra your pay for the hot wax, is absolutely useless.. The tire shine generally only does one side of the car, as the sensors can't determine the width on the passenger side. And after the rinse cycle - the rinse is more like a weak mist - your left with parking & then getting a towel out of your trunk, and removing the soap/wax film that was left behind..
Good car wash. Never had a scratch on my car from it or anything, and always gets it clean. Only thing is bugs don't always come off the front of the car (the windshield never has this issue). Don't mind really though, as it's a good value for the price.
This was my first time using this car wash. The assistant was so nice and helped me with getting the proper wash set. The wash thoroughly cleaned my car and as well having the free vac was an added bonus.
They offer a re-wash for free, but what good is it to re-wash the same side.?
