The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. On every visit I have been helped quickly and the work has always been good and in a timely manner. I really love this garage.
Went in with a tire that was leaking. They said they couldn't find any leak, so they cleaned the rim and put the tire back on. Next morning, my tire is 12 psi low again. Had to take it back. They finally found the leak. At least they didn't charge me for the second visit. Based on this experience, I would not trust them with anything important. If they can't find a leak in a tire, what else can they overlook?

I have been sending some of my business to this store for over 10 years and have never had any issues! Started dealing with this store when Jeff was the manager and now Jared for the past few years.
Very rude and discourteous. I went in for an oil change asked for it to be done ASAP. The tech thought that meant anytime before five. I called back in three hours later and they've still not looked at my car. Have no idea that I needed it soon and they kept putting me on hold instead of listening when I told them to cancel the order. They finally cursed at me and hung up. Never going back. They left my car outside with the keys in it. Very unprofessional and very unacceptable.
